If i remember correctly one side you can "unscrew" the spring if you feed it into the driveshaft, if that makes sense, the other side is a nightmare because of the exhaust. If you want to do it quickly and painlessly, unbolt the driveshafts and undo the shocks (oh and take of the ARB blades), they are easy to remove then, aslong as the bolts that hold the drive shafts in don't round off!
