NOTE "mental" tabetha did NOT say LOADS of backpressure but a certain amount helps, this would be arrived at by testing to see how much, but other things will alter this amount, most particularly cam choice/lift.

the turbo itself gives the engine any back pressure it might need, so this means you want as free a flowing system as possible
