i work for the royal mint,, i havent had a pay rise in 4 years and they offered us 2.73% this year,,, fuckign crap, private sector is paying ALOT more for my job
but...
one of my mates works as sommit to do with it in the local council, he is on less tha he would be if he was in the private sector, but where in the private sector would let him do 37 hour weeks on flexi time, and get a final salary pension???
not many
but i dont care about your mate,, i dont work 37 hours with flexitime
