there is a simple solution, royal mail should return to the approach they agreed in 2006 they CAN afford to pay for chage. government money has been secured & colleague share can be repackaged in to basic pay & more money will be generated by the introduction of automation.

a strike is the only way royal mail is going to listen.
2.5% is an inflation pay rise.
you wait till you are working in a private sector.
try crying to the unions then when you "only" get offered 2.5%
