i would not upgrade

did test vista ultimate about 1 month before the final release as my stepfather is a test person for Microsoft. or hi is actually a HP/Compaq technician on of few over here

but to my point
i did not like it then, yes have tested it later on too, and have a copy here, but not going to use it
