As Jake said, its not really something you do as a hobby or for a bit of DIY, its a skilled trade that takes a lot of time and practice to be good at, the only way to get good at it is by doing it day in day out for a living and if thats your intention then its a case of being someones lacky and learning like any other 16 year old pleb has to
