The 071's are a motorcraft plug you get from ford. Mine were £12 for the four. I think they were fitted standard in the RS turbo engine.

Seem like a good plug. I gaped mine at 0.8mm.

As for oil filter ask at ford again they will have them. I used silkolene pro S 10/50. I bought it from opie oils. His username is oilman on here. Seems like good stuff and i have only heard good things from guys on here and the guy who tuned mine.
