on a serious note, and this is serious, how do you actually kno if theres a lump or anything untoward if its only small?
The lump is hard compared to normal, almost like a ball bearing. Also if it gets bigger its a bit of a give away. If in doubt, get it checked out.
Don't panic though if you find one as you can get cysts which aren't cancerous.
