.....or do they actually employ the majority of their staff from the Dennis Pennis school of customer service??
Infact, I took the trouble to email their customer service department, here is what I sent.....
I have had the misfortune of being a customer of yours on more than one
occasion now and am dying to ask if your staff go to a special school to
learn their customer service skills?
I have never encountered an establishment where every member of staff has so
little interest in what they are doing.
