We had a temp engineer working for us who was shocking, he absolutely STANK of BO, to the point that none of the women in the office would deal with him. He'd wear the same shirt weeks on end (food stains & god knows what else down the front) His company van was an absolute disgrace, he had really bad hayfever and would sneeze all over the steering wheel, making it sticky, half eaten food would be all over the place. He used to go home and pick his dog up and drive round with it all day, so dog hairs were everywhere. No one would go near the van when he wasn't in 'cos it smelt so bad and the other engineers would refuse to go with him on jobs if it meant sharing a van with him. He once spent three days working in Scotland sleeping in his van (without changing his clothes or washing once) even though he had money for a hotel, just so he could keep the cash. The final straw came when his van was being unloaded one night, and there was a bottle full of piss in the back and a few porn mags in the glovebox alongside some very dubious looking used tissue

He was binned soon after.
