So say they get out 10 days early. That's £100 they have. Is it a full payment? If so, that £100 would be spent by the majority of crims on beer and drugs 1st night out. Day 2: skint again. PLUS: If someone does their full term, they come out with nothing & have to start earning/ benefit claiming from scratch that day..why should it be any different if someone comes out early?
Its different because if you are let out early you can't claim benfits at all... no housing etc etc....
If you give people no option to reform then your never going to get people out of crime....
