not recording crimes that are reported over the phone unless they are done in a police station aswell is one of there MANY ways of sorting it
incident reports that then when followed up get recorded as crimes is the other ones
fake the figures cause reality is crime is ALOT more comon than we are made to belive
comunity service is the BEST solution,,, aswell the other idea i agree with is a mate of mine who kepts getting in trouble was sent away alll his life from the age of 17 and spent on average 3 months out each year to the age of 24,, the last 18month stint he done the rehoused him in a hostel in watford,,,, the reason was to help him find a new group of mates.get out of the world he lived in
would have worked if he ACTUALLY STAYED THERE, weekends he stayed at my mates flat and done a more serious crime,, we HOPE hes out in 2012,, but tbh, he didnt know any better and hes NEVER had a job due to hes record,,, no excuse but its true
