Ginge obviously has a different level of intellect judging from his answer.
If an insurance company takes the money, they take the risk, end of.
If there is no insurance there is a "LAST MAN STANDING" rule, I sure GINGE can tell you all about the legalities of this if you ask.
I'm still trying to find out where I said ONLY the failing garage could do the MOT, or where he would not be INSURED.
If you drive with no MOT you are a breaking the law plain and simple, as you are with no INSURANCE.
I have broken the law in the past, and suffered as a result, some you win some you lose, just a gamble, you don't always win.
Having recently had cause to prosecute the MIB/government, I have a fair understanding of the law, not the best but decent, which I won for myself and two others, over an uninsured driver.
But then I do READ what is written.
