It's been hard to read some of your posts sometimes, because you haven't helped yourself, but I've seen friends go through what you are now, so understand that your mind's all over the place and awash with different emotions.

It takes a man to do what you've done here and apologise, and I just hope those who you have 'beef' with are also man (or woman, as the case may be) enough to forgive and forget.
