i bought that setup or simmilar on a mini meet in holland years back....never dared to put it on a car though.

i always thought they only do it as a cheap workaround cause there was no "pressure tight" carb around. i know webers in pressurized apps have to be sealed so the pressure doesnt go out the sides where the butterflies go through.
