I think money buys all the things that dont matter, and none of the things that do.

I would sooner have a 5K car I built myself than a 200K one someone else built, and when I was living in a stupidly big house I never went in most of the rooms anyway, I would be happy in a 2 bedroom flat, so long as ive got my mates and my family are healthy and ive got a set of wheels to roll round in that are mildly entertaining, i couldnt really give a fuck about much else financially!

I could still be happy on 20k a year im sure, id just live in a smaller house and have a few less project cars or whatever, wouldnt stop me enjoying life
nice reply

wish i could get to thinking like that and i'd be much happier. Just seeing all your mates and associates racking the money in and buying flash cars makes you think you should also be doing as well. sad really and im not materialistic but love supercars and fast cars in general which also cost a fair bit
