Seems odd that a business wouldn't want more business, don't think I'll bother if they can't be arsed to answer, could be a sign not to use them.
Try 0870 766 2293 it is for business users but may be able to get transfered to another department.
Also have you tried their callback service ? Mail your number to

Yep, tried that, called that no. but no answer, it just rings untli it rings off, tried that callback service too!
got anohter number for them off of city link but that just rings too!
I've now got £430 quids worth of bits somewhere with them!! and i can't conatct them
