I think 3000 ish rpm is where you should be seeing 20+psi, if running correctly.


Try do the boost test again, with the actuator pipe disconnected, then see where it starts making boost,
then you can wire the wastegate shut, and do it again.


But on both tests, keep your eye on the boost gauge, and only do it in small amounts, and dont let it boost past the boost you want to run.
