Hi Mate,

I've got one of these set ups. The headlamp washer system has a much larger tank than the normal one. I think its well over a gallon. It sits behind the passenger side headlight and is probably 10-11 inches square. It sits in a metal frame.

It has two seperate pumps - a big one for the headlamps and a small one for the windscreen. You should also have a big blue relay in the fuse box to power the lot up. The power supply comes from a bullet connector with a yellow and blank wire going into it. It comes out of the loom right by the wire for the electronic dipstick.

I don't think the tank has been available from Fords for a very long time. If you want to get it working you can probably put it together with bits from other cars. I think GM headlamp washer pumps are identical if you can find a suitable tank.
