I seen someone on here give a formula of some sort for it but I cant find it.

In a nutshell, if you have a zetec turbo (standard internals) and use a decompression plate to lower the compression ratio, how thick a plate should you go for? What sort of ratio would be a good target 7.8:1 ? 8.2:1 ?
