Cheers mate, I've left it on a stand in my garage as I dont really want to look at it right now
I have been offered a long studded block though for sensible money that will take all my internals but I need to get mine checked first.
The fact mine has one liner is also putting me off using it too tbh.
Still think its risky using a 205 block for a 500hp build as its going to cost alot more than the rrp of a 200 block if it does fail and need rebuilding.
Do it right once and then you "should" be nice and safe withotu any worries
