This clip is a marked 4x4 saph (J202NNE - anyone on here own it now?) chasing a pug 205. The two plain clothes coppers are in another unmarked saph as well.

I recon the control room are looking to call of the chase as they ask the pursuing officers what car they've got and he says 'its a cosworth' (1min 30sec in) and they let them continue.
