Following on from previous post.....
(4x4 Cossie Engine)

Car was badly boiling over, so whipped the head off..... No signs of cracked block, damaged head, or failed head gasket. Changed head gasket and removed thermostat. Filled car with water, run engine and bled at thermostat point. Fans cut in and I thought prob solved, but the engine continued to get hotter and the fans kept cutting in latter and latter each time. The whole time the system was pressuring more and more and the expansion tank boiled its contents again

Ive been given a few ideas tomorrow but could really appreciate any help on this, and has anyone come across this before?
