I was clinicly depressed for 3 yrs, to be honest in you'l block ne remote possibility of anythinmg positive the way you feel at the moment, but one thing to do is surround yourself with the things that made you happy. For me that was music, id force maself 2 go out 2 gigs, or to play em more coz im in a band, and obviously my passion for fords, i started working on ma XR2 and now i got the RS..
Relationships are always the best thing in the world and then the worse when there over, but if you split on the terms that things would be awkwad while your chasing your carear atleast its been on good terms, you can appreciate the time and fun youve had. Where as if you'd split coz she had cheated or you had or something bad, then it would be alot worse. Cherish the time you had together, you obviously didnt spend however long you where together depressed so why torture yourself now.
Feel free to post back, i been through hell last few years and ive come through it all despite alot of shit still going on, ive learnt to be stronger and not soak everything up. It is a stupid and overheard cliche but there is light at the end of the tunnel.
And if you still feel bad in 2 weeks, il take you for a spin in the RS coz im up visiting ma mate and ma x who r both at Hudderfield uni.
