Im not too hot on english law though since duristiction issues usually mean an agent is drafted in.

But their usually quite shit hot up this way in terms of how they conduct their business and recovery rates but sheriff officers are at the end of the day Ltd companies with a director wanting to gain/retain clients and make a few quid so generally their pushed quiote well.
