instruct a sheriff officer (or bailiff down your way) and once the charge is served (and decree is granted up here may be diff under english law) then you can do pretty much what you want ie bank arrest/attach/rent arrest (other form are pretty much for individuals).
They will get your money, main reason being they want their fee's.
