agreed

my bro in law is a dibble, and the amount of times he goes to incidents like this and cant take it any further is beyond a joke


besides

if the wounded pressed charges, there would need to be a witness that has come forward of their own accord, and is in no way connected to the guy

and just to take the piss a bit more

if the cps dont think they will get a conviction, if there is not 100 % evidence that states exactly what happened, then they wont even book it in



anyway, the innocent can claim self defence, even if he uses excesive force
if he feared for his safety, he can do a lot to incapacitate the attacker

unless its in your own home, but we all know how that goes
