don't need to change the prop as it's a direct fit (but they aren't a square bolting so if they don't line up don't sit there moping for 3 days before it dawns on you to try it the other way
)
you just need to get rid of about half an inch worth of diff case wehre the bolt goes through and swap the diff, shafts and stub axles into your beam and away you go
