just make sure that you choose a tuner that knows what they are doing - it is very rare to be able to give you a chip that will get the best out of your engine
if i were you, i would be wanting to get it live mapped by either motorsport developments, or norris motorsport. you've obviously spent a lot of time and money on getting it right so far, so a live map would finish it off nicely
in the scheme of things, if you're in wales, you're not too far to either blackpool or the midlands, and it would be time, money and effort well spent to look after your lovely machine
if you have a known chip and a set of matching injectors, put them in and run it with light load as you have and get it done as soon as possible. the wrong fuelling and ignition settings will not do the engine any good, and too rich is more damaging long term than too lean (provided the pistons don't melt)
