Once it's on the rollers you'll get it all sorted in one hit.
Don't forget your credit card as you may need some bits on the day (e.g. chip or ancilliaries) that you weren't expecting, but are needed for your engine spec.

Also - a small point. If the petrol's been in your tank for a while, then best to get it out and refill closer to the time (or on the day if it's on a trailer) with some fresh motion lotion.
