As above, they should... but I don't know for deffo as not sure what Hi Specs are like clearance wise.
Shame you're not closer, as you'd be welcome to test them on the car to know for sure. Seen plenty of peeps on AP 6 pots and 358mm brakes so seems likely they'll be fine.
