Is it a straight swap or will the exhaustwheel need to modified?? What is the procedure??

For the time being I drive standard T34 on my Escort, but would like to activate the at a lower rev. caused by lots of city driving. I will soon need a new chip anyway, therefore I think, maybe another exhausthousing would be a trick thing to do.. or????
