Hi,

Is there any difference between the MKIII XR3i and MKIV RST engine block? I'm thinking about putting all the stuff (crankshaft, connecting rods, etc.) from the RST engine into the XR3i engine. Is there any difference between the main bearing seat geometry or crankshaft lenght? (The oil return pipe is not a major problem...)

P.S.: it is not legal in Hungary to put RST engine into an Orion... I'm only allowed to change for an engine with the same code (LR1)
