OFAB will fit a mondeo no problem

the GT25 will see about 280hp...maybe a touch more but i wouldnt be confident pushing it more without seeing a compressor map

modeo sensors will be ok IIRC...but need to double check

rods should be ok at 280hp

I have 3 2wd cossie intercoolers welded up and ready for action here if your interested?

management is your choice...cheapest will probably be OFAB leading onto the likes of DTA, OMEX, Cossie management, Gotech etc

block needs oil return welded in and possibly new breather port depending on what exhaust manifold you use

head gasket - Late Focus multisteel one...year 2000 IIRC finish code 1071744

Clutch - i have an AP Racing paddel clutch kit here if your interested..brand new never used will easily see 300hp all day long...we specc'd it for my engine so you will have no issues whatsoever

exhaust - Simpson racing custom exhaust would be awesome failing that, a 2.5-3" bore exhaust will be fine

standard box will be fine with that power if its in good condition...might wanna consider a strip down and rebuild plus a Quaife ATB diff
