i thought the rods could take about 260 max?

as i'm looking at going down the same route, may aswell join in the topic.

standard pistons ain't gonna be much use, would run too high a compression ratio to run any worthwhile level in boost, so they would have to be done, though i'd imagine you could get them skimmed, but not much point when 20let pistons are about £100 2nd hand.

as for the standard mondy intake (which is the black plastic one by the way ), how much is that decent to flow up to? circa 260ish?

whilst i think about it, what management does the frs run as standard, and could that not be used, or does this present the same problem with the pats module that the blacktop ecu has? also any ideas from anyone if an omex600 can be used with the standard sensors(well majority anyway)

the fast road cams won't be much good, as they are for an n/a engine, so you could sell them for and get some standard ones, or i believe the frs ones are a straight fit (anyone confirm that?)

also, i know we are talking about the engine, but have you thought about the gearbox. how much will that take before chewing internals. i know my rear diff (4x4), or so i'm told. breaking a 4x4 so i'll have a spare, and find out the fun way

ah well looks like throttle bodies in the mean time, whilst i source parts
