depends what car and how the managemet works.

if it's quite primitive and gives full fuelling if the TPS sees WOT and the MAP sees some boost, then yes you could have overfuelling.

different boost at different temps is why things like boost cotrol was invented. you can't rely on a shitty bleed system (like amal valves) to give you consistent boost whatever the air temps. boost controllers or a proper ecu with integrated closed loop boost control is best.
