Right lads,hot news straight off the press.I re- did this job today as when I 1 st did it last week my clutch pedal was sitting too high.After reading on here of the modified mark 5 qaudrant breaking I deceided to try the origonal mark 4 quadrant (BLACK in colour) with the mark 5 pedal.I adjust the bolt on the pedal until the clutch pedal was sitting a touch higher than the brake pedal and the clutch worked perfect!! A slight problem was that the clutch cable could be pulled of the gearbox arm easy,so I put a cable tie on the end of the gearbox arm so the cable wont slip off.To be fair,I dont think the cable ever would,but used the cable tie to be sure.I think my way could be a good solution to the problems with the modded mark 5 quadrants.All the best,Micky
