wanted to use a rs foci manifold std
and t25 what boost do i run with that ?

could i run the focus fuel rail and injectors with that to
wanted to keep std mondeo intake manifold and fit the the rs focus throttle body and deflector
and run a huge front mounted cooler

was looking at calibre pistons for a while as they run a comp ratio of 7.4.1
and measure in at 86mm as the zetec block is 84.8
which will take cap from 1998 -2045 2.1

so it be safe to run 200-330 bhp with those pistons on std rods
but will have to run apr rod bolts ?

were could i get the c20let pistons from ?

what about cams and pulleys
as i have both sitting at home waiting to go in
i have seen the bd10 spec zetec turbo one's to would they be any good?

std head? i thought i would be better to run a stage 1,2,3 head as with the zetec head can get as much 30bhp increase
so mods to the head would be
bigger valves
port and polish
and gasflown
with uprade valve guide (ie bronze)
good or bad idea ?

ofab management is rs turbo right ?
didn't really want to go that route
is there another route which will work with the std wiring loom of the mondeo and ecu so i could run a chip
or would i have to run something like mega-squirt ?

as for map where would i go as i live in cornwall
the only people down this way are ap motors
alan jefferys dont want to travel miles out may way either
if i lived up country bit more would go and see stu for sure
