i downloaded it the other day from nokia developer tools. you haveto register, but it's free. download the software, apply for a password and you have software that will convert mpeg's or whatever to 3GPP files that your phone can play. quicktime pro will also do it, which is also downloadable as a free trial and can easily be password cracked.
