Anyone know what power or whatever these saab ones become restrictive at? Seems madness going for one without knowing, esp as they patheticly wafer thin.
Not really the shape of the bumper cutout either.
Id rather not cut so many corners, and just buy a second hand early EVO or R32GTR intercooler, neither will cost you more than a hundred and summat quid, nice n thick, deffo not restrictive, and fit in the bumper cutout better.
I honestly dont belive a Saab 9000 cooler will be better than the std one in the std place.
Very early Pace Pulsar front mount coolers are far thicker than the Saab ones but about the same shape, and they actually worse than standard, i know that for a fact.
(R32GTR ones are good for 650bhp, they used the std ones on the GrpA cars. I sold mine for about 120quid if i remember right)
