this mix was a vinyl mix but i usually use Final Scratch, which uses the turntable to control MP3's

it's like a virtual record box, which has allowed me to stash my vinyl in the loft yet still have access to it.
the equipment i used for this mix was 3 x Vestax PDX-2000 (i only used the third deck once though) and a Pioneer DJM 909 mixer
