it would be possible to hit 200hp on standard internals...but for how long i aint too sure...

i would recommend getting low comp pistons or atleast Calibra turbo pistons for 7.8:1 CR and 200hp will be a doddle!

If you insist on running a stock engine...i would say run a T3 turbo or a standard FRS turbo (GT25?) and get the biggest intercooler you can find to help keep the ACT's down to help stop det...run OFAB on nice injectors (you can run upto 400cc injectors on OFAB) and get it mapped by someone (like Stu) who knows exactly what they are doing

if i were you...i would seriously consider the Calibra turbo pistons on stock rods (need to be modified to accept the pistons)...and my spec would be (with 330hp in mind)

Standard cylinder head
Re-seated/rebuilt head
standard cams
Calibra turbo pistons (7.8:1)
modified stock rods (maybe even shot peened)
HUGE intercooler - Cossie 4x4 for example
OFAB management
400cc injectors
Stage 3 T3 turbo (or a GT25)
RS1800 inlet manifold
RS1800 TB
Denso ITV22 plugs
Mondeo coilpack with Original Ford plug leads (8mm)
block bored out to accept pistons
block machined for oil return and breather
either an RST exhaust manifold or one imported from the states

not an expensive parts list...but the overall cost will keep creeping up and up
