Easy fix I reckon. Did a DIY repair on an old wheel in similar state to yours beating it out with a huge hammer and wooden drift.

For the Cossie though, I'd be taking it to somewhere like Ian Jemmison Engineering - very professional wheel people - if it can be saved, they will save it.

Did a great job on my brothers Magnesium Speedlines, and they'll be doing the same on my Compomotives shortly.
