Okay so it's a common problem with the "uprated" pedal mod.
Looks like I have to make a alloy one myself. First thing tomorrow morning is to get a new plastic one and fit it to the car.
When "driving" the car inside the garage yesterday by help of the starter motor this happened to my freshly new painted motor.........
I couldn't push it because it goes slightly upwards and it's a tight corner I have to make to get it in. Normally it isn't a problem, just fairly tight. But I was concentrating on "driving" on the starter and crushed into the garage wall.
I could kill myself at that moment!!!
But okay it happened and tomorrow after fitting a new quadrant, straight to the painter to hear what he has to say. Hopefully he can repair it without leaving any signs of this disaster. It's a real shame, it was mint!
