All you can do hun is go down the proper route.

Report them first of all to the envoronmental health department. Note down EVERY SINGLE noise, disturbance, inconvenience that they make etc etc etc

send this report over once a week, and let time takes its course

If there is anything that is majorly concerning you call the police.
