Probably your clutch quadrant on its way out, everytime the pedal goes fully home the quadrant re-adjusts (if possible), so when they wear out you get different biting points all the time.

Worst case it could be the clutch itself.

tabetha, how does changing gearbox oil eliminate clutch drag?
