The close i live in is quite reasonable to live in for a mainly housing association area...until a family of pikeys moved in about 3 months ago...they have no respect for anything and leave their litter lying about,have 2 dogs that run loose and shitting on a area of communal grass area about 50yds square in front of the houses...i wont let my kids out as one is a bull terrier cross and looks dodgy...I have just come home and they have got a fucking horse grazing outside now and the kids have a fucking noisy scrambler on a adjacent field about 30 yds from my house...question is,whats the law on having a horse on a public area like this ??? i doubt if the scrambler can be stopped unless the farmer is informed but i can check as its a noise hazard...any help appreciated,and its no good saying confront them as im well capable,i would just end up killing them and spend another 5 years behind bars and jeopardise the safety of my family.
