Start from scratch mate, connect up just the permenant 12v and earths DIRECTLY to the battery.......and see if it arms/disarms, dont worry about central locking and door pins wires etc, you only need a power supply to it in order for it to operate.

If it works from long range then its a wiring problem, if not it must be knackered!
