I used it originally on my m/bike as used to do off road TRIALS all the time, and never had a problem with punctures after using it!!
Easy to DIY just puit measured amount in tyre then drive around 5 miles to evenly distribute it, can cause a very small amount of out of balance to start with but goes after 5 miles or so.
