if they owed you money for what ever reason or maybe you wanted to contact them as you bumped into there car

i can get vehicle details from a reg,,, its a dvla screen but i cant get the name and address anymore due to data protection

for example did you know theres a 3 door cossie with the reg e5cos,,, aint got a clue why

and damo V owns a nissan, i get the vin plate/engine numbers ect from that but as said address is no longer allowed
